sproof offers an all-in-one platform for electronic signatures. Companies can use it to digitize their processes and measurably save time, costs and paper. The focus here is on the special regulatory framework in the European market. In particular, sproof enables qualified electronic signatures to be applied to documents in an easily accessible and scalable manner in compliance with standards. Signature workflows can be used to obtain signatures from external signers. A particular focus is the integration of various (national) eIDs in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation, as well as the integration of private trust service providers. This enables the simple and low-threshold creation of qualified electronic signatures in the course of business processes. As an SME partner in the project, sproof provides the expertise and implementation for the integration of the post-quantum signature processes provided by the other partners in a prototype concept for a possible integration for end users. The integrability and compatibility of the solution can be determined in comparison to established procedures and an outlook on the usability of possible future procedures can be given.
